Recipes submission are welcome...If you would like to contribute a recipe or looking for an old favorites recipes, please follow the simple guidelines below.
The recipes must be your own, or of a family member for friend. Please do not copy recipes from cookbooks or other publications, they are copyrighted and protected by law.
The recipes must be your own southern original please, and should be identified as a traditional or modern dish. I would like to keep the recipes "Authentic Southern" if at all possible.
You should have cooked and or eaten the dish yourself, and try it on your friends and family ( and they really did love it).
We would like a good explanation of how to prepare the dish, and if you have a picture or two of the dish send it at Carliss Spices Inc., 1305 Kramiera #120 Denver, Colo 80220. Your original pictures will be mail back to you. Also this is optional.
If the recipes are in the "Modern" category go ahead and give it a catchy name if you would like.
Finally we would like to hear a little story behind the origin of a traditional dish as you came to know it.

Please type your recipes in Microsoft Word, Works, Notepad. You can copy and paste it directly into an email.
