Cappuccino Parfait

 

Ingredients:

400 ml heavy cream

200 ml milk

180 ml espresso

80 ml Irish Cream flavoring Syrup
                                                                                      
140 g brown sugar

1L iSi Gourmet Whip


Preparation:
Fully dissolve sugar in hot coffee. Add heavy cream, milk and syrup and pour into the 1 L iSi Gourmet Whip. Screw in 2 iSi cream chargers and shake vigorously after each one. Chill for at least 3 hours. Then place the parfait mixture in parfait molds or cappuccino cups and freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours.

Tip: Can also be served as a light mousse once chilled.
